A retired Navy SEAL who was present at the killing of Osama bin Laden has written a book about the raid. The book, titled “No Easy Day” and written by one of the men in the room when the al-Qaida leader was killed, was written under the pseudonym Mark Owen. For the interview, CBS disguised the Navy SEAL’s voice. A makeup person also concealed the author’s looks so effectively before the “60 Minutes” interview that CBS News Anchor Scott Pelley, who had met him three times before, did not recognize him upon entering the room. Owen speaks about the mission publicly for the first time Sunday night, September 9th!
