whoa, charlie tuna it was great waking up to you and driving on my way to work listening to you. did I miss the chance to be one of your guests for a station tour and goodie bag. my dad and cousin say hi also.
(NOTE TO LUCILLE: The guests selected at random from the KRTH 101 All Access members for my station tour are being notified as you are reading this, and they'll be in studio with me Friday morning toward the end of the morning show, and then a bite to eat and a chance to visit afterwards at 10.)

You bring back good memories for me. I won tickets from you on KIIS and went to Catalina with you on the boat, I have a picture of you and me setting on one of the benches in town. I will dig it out and send you a copy. I have listen to K-Earth for a long time and glad your there. I love listing to you this morning. I listen to the morning show at work, because I car pool they only listen to the New's.

Just wanted to tell you I am still ridin' on that Memory Train from last weekend! I went to your website and checked out all you have been doing for the past years. It got me to searching and I found you on the Radio Personalities Hall of Fame, you're all over the place buddy!! You're the best! Are you still going to do the Tunathon? When is it, I would love to be a part of that? Wish you were on during the week too. I was excited to know so many others out here in So Cal were as excited as I was to hear your voice again Charlie! You made me soooo happy Saturday! It's got me ready to start planning my 40th class reunion. Want to come with me!!??
I'll be at the O.C. fair to meet you. (I am the one (one of the one's) that was overjoyed with you and the music and the memories last weekend...older then dirt comment? lol) Can't wait to see you and give you a hug ol friend!

(NOTE TO BOB: Just for the record, I've never worked at KRTH until now. But I hear that same recall constantly from everyone I talk to or meet. I think most people believe I've worked at KRTH from my 5 year run as a Boss Jock at 93/KHJ which had the same jingle singers, and of course, played all of these hits that you're hearing today on KRTH. It could also be from my nearly 4 year run at KODJ/KCBS-FM in the early 90's which also played these classic hits.)

My husband and I have missed waking up to you, you made it so much easier to open my eyes and climb out of that bed. After you left K-BIG we had to turn it to KEARTH 101 because they play the kind of music we like but getting up has not been the same. My husband can’t wait to hear you again because he is retired and listens to the radio while he plays games on the computer but I’m still working and can’t listen to the radio so I will miss out, but at least we know where you are and maybe one morning I’ll be waking up to your voice once again soon.
