My name is JUAN ANTONIO ALCALA, I´m 36 and write to you from Madrid, in SPAIN!
Well, I work for Spain´s largest radio network (CADENA SER), and it was one and a half year ago that I first had notice of you. You were filling-in for Casey Kasem on AMERICAN TOP 10, and you did a GREAT JOB at AT10!! I enjoyed the show, I liked very much your way of hosting the show, and I wrote to Premiere Radio Networks to let them know that I liked a lot your job.
I´m happy that you are back on the air in L.A., although living in Spain it will be difficult to listen to you at times.... My best wishes to you, and hopefully I´ll be back in LA next summer, and it would be my pleasure to meet you at your new radio station.

See, I knew when you left K-Big that it was a good career move.
In one of my emails. I mentioned that when you left, I tried to continue listening to K-Big in the morning, but it was not the same.
So my clock radio was changed to K-Earth 101.
You mentioned when your son helped you set up your website that you were looking into a project, that would bring you back on the air.
I am so glad that it was K-Earth 101.1 radio. And yes, I did became an all access listener about the time you left the other station.
Wish you and your family the best. We'll keep in touch, and I listen to you on the weekends and during the weeks to come. See, I knew Tina Delgado was Alive! Alive!

I grew up in Lake Forest listening to K Earth. 2 years ago I moved to London, UK and let me say, there is a DEFINITE lack of oldies stations here. I was having serious KEarth withdrawl. Imagine my surprise when I found out K Earth streamed live over the internet!!! I just wanted to say THANKS for making me feel like I am at home again! Can I request that you play The Letter (I think it's by the Box Cars) Thanks!!

Wonderful news you're on the air again at KRTH! And while I haven't lived in los angeles for the past 10 years (now in San Diego), the only FM stations i can still get are Kbig and Krth, so it all worked out for me!

(and i remember that Sylmar quake.... was in the 3rd grade and i recall going to school as our father always drove us; we went to school located Downtown Los Angeles, called Maryknoll, and i remember cracks in the asphalt. We were told to go home, and I remember a classmate saying how one of the teacher's had an entire wall come down. He lived in Sylmar....)
